Rebecca Quiñones

Rebecca spent 19 years in real estate sales and management before expanding into the Insurance Industry. She has a passion for helping families and small businesses protect their future with carefully selected plans to mitigate their risk.
Rebecca currently serves as President and Founder of the Dayton PB&J Project and previously served as a board member of the WPAFB & Edwards AFB Officer Spouses Clubs and the Centerville Rotary Club where she was the Rotarian of the Year for 2017.
Evan Koth

There’s a driving force throughout his career in counseling, higher education administration, real estate and now insurance: the opportunity for firsthand human service.
After working in Dayton-area high schools out of college, Evan joined the administrative team at Sinclair Community College. As Director of Sinclair’s regional campuses, He managed operations, budget, recruitment and outreach both to Sinclair students and those in surrounding school districts. His experience working with individuals from various backgrounds is one of the reasons why he loves the insurance industry in a diverse city like Dayton.
Evan currently sits on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Dayton. He was recognized in the Dayton Business Journal’s 2020 list of “Who’s Who in Real Estate” and awarded “Top 5 Under 40” by the Dayton Area Board of Realtors in 2019. He was featured on the Dayton Business Journal’s list of “Forty Under 40” young professionals in 2016 and named Young Professional of the Year by the Preble County Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
Mo Zahedi

Mo has been learning sales and management strategies for as long as he can remember—from shadowing corporate sales teams as a teenager to managing large sales and operations departments at Verizon, Sherwin Williams, and OhioHealth.
Every opportunity in his diverse professional background helped to develop the skill set and mindset that guides his approach to the insurance industry. After cutting his teeth in real estate, Mo moved back home to the Dayton area and co-founded Glasshouse Realty Group and now Redwood Insurance Group with his business partner, Evan Kloth.
